Crispy Cheese & Seed Crackers

An incredibly easy snack with only one ingredient – cheese! I used provolone and colby cheese slices cut into squares, but you can also use shredded cheese (like cheddar, piled in small bunches).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat for the cheese slices. Then sprinkle the cheese with some seeds (I used TJ’s Everything But The Bagel Sesame Blend, but you can use any kind of seed mixture you want).

Bake for 20-25 minutes and remove from oven to cool.
