Easy Morning Egg Omelet
A quick morning meal when you have cooked bacon at hand! This egg dish can either be omelet style or scrambled. Made with bacon, mushrooms and cheese.

- 2 Eggs
- 2 pieces Cooked bacon, chopped up
- 1-2 Green onions, chopped up
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
Add butter or oil in a fry pan and add green onion and bacon. Heat for about 1 minute.
Beat eggs in a small bowl and then pour into pan with the onion and bacon. Cook omelet until desired consistency, then add cheese and fold omelet over cheese. Sprinkle some cheese over top. Cook another 30 seconds or so until cheese is melted (You can put a lid over the pan and take off flame to sit until melted).
