Easy Seasoned Chicken Thigh Bake
Not all chicken thigh recipes are the same, and this one is seasoned to stand out from a typical chicken baked meal.
- 4 Chicken thighs
- Olive oil
- Coconut Aminos
- Balsamic vinegar
- All purpose seasoning (TJs 21 Seasoning Salute)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt & pepper
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour olive oil over top. Turn chicken to coat other side with oil. Then pour over coconut aminos and balsamic vinegar on top of chicken. Add seasoning.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Baste chicken after 20 minutes, then again after 30 minutes.
