Ingredients
  • 1 Eggplant
  • Cream Cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Seasoning mix
Instructions
  1. Cut eggplant into slices. Spread cream cheese on top of each eggplant slice. Then top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and seasoning over that.

  2. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
