Keto Cheese Taco Shells
This keto cheese taco shell recipe is simple enough – only one ingredient: CHEESE!
The procedure is also fairly simple, ending up in being tasty taco shells for your taco meal.
- 1 Pkge Shredded cheddar cheese
Place approx. a 1/2 cup size of cheese on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread out into a circle, the size of a taco shell
Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes until cheese melted and edges are browned. May prefer to cook longer for crispier taco shells.
Set up a "taco shaping station" using a couple glasses and utensil (like a wooden spoon) going across glasses. Do this for the number of taco shells you prepared.
When taco shells are finished baking in oven, let them sit a few minutes to cool down. Then drape over each spoon to shape the taco shell. These should sit for 5-10 minutes before they are ready to use.
Now, just add your taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and maybe some sour cream and avocado inside and enjoy!
