Keto Egg Muffin Cups
When you want a quick breakfast meal, preparing egg muffin cups is a great way to go, especially when you’re on the go!
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- Green & red peppers
- Green onions
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Bacon bits
Chop vegetables and bacon into small bacon bits (if no bacon bits).
Whisk eggs in a bowl and add heavy cream.
Using a muffin pan, line with baking cups or grease the pan. Pour egg mixture into each muffin cup (about 3/4 full). Then add vegetables, cheese, bacon into each muffin cup filled with eggs. Do a variety of combinations into each muffin cup. Top with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Can top with more cheese after 15 min., if desired.
