Keto Grilled Hotdog & Cheese Melt
For us on a Keto diet, we need to be careful about the hotdogs we purchase because many of these type of processed meats have a lot of harmful additives in them. This recipe uses the Hebrew National brand which is all beef and contains no fillers or artificial flavors. (NOTE: Do not get the “fat-free” kind).
Beef franks can make a great lunch and, for this, you just slice the franks in half and grill on the stove top (seared until dark brown), then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top until that melts.
