Keto High Fiber, High Fat Salad
This salad is rich in high fiber and good fat for the Keto diet. Made with romaine lettuce is a mix of:
- Egg (hard-boiled)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Bean Sprouts
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
- Flax seeds
The salad dressing is a mix of Tessemae’s Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and MCT oil.
Hemp seeds is one of the healthy “superfoods” in this salad. These contain 30% fat, 40% fiber and 30% protein, and has both omega 3 fat and omega 6.
Avocado is both high in fat and fiber, while the olives, chia and flax seeds, and egg provide a high fat content to the salad. Of course the salad dressing mix adds more to the high fat salad.
