Keto Pizza With Cauliflower Crust

With a well seasoned cauliflower pizza crust, a nice pizza sauce and great pizza toppings, this recipe for a Keto diet is the best!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cauliflower, riced
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 Tsp Dried basil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • TOPPINGS: Mushrooms, spinach, black olives, ham slices (or any topping of choice)
SAUCE:
  • 16 Oz (1 can) Tomato sauce
  • 2 TB Tomato paste
  • 2 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tsp All-purpose seasoning
  • pinch Salt & Pepper
Instructions
CRUST:
  1. Steam cauliflower, then put in food processor to make it "rice" (small chunks). 

  2. Put riced cauliflower in a cloth and squeeze out water from cauliflower.

  3. In a bowl, mix riced cauli, egg white, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasonings.

  4. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper sprayed with coconut oil. Spread cauli mix on that to form the shape of the crust (about 1/4" thick). 

  5. Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Keep oven on to cook pizza with toppings.

SAUCE & TOPPINGS:
  1. In a pot, add all sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Evenly distribute sauce on baked pizza crust. Then add toppings, with final topping of mozzarella cheese. Bake AT 350 for an additional 10 minutes until cheese melted.
