Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs
This is a recipe I tested from iSaveA2Z that turned out quite yummy, and makes a great snack to grab when you feel like a sweet fix!
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese (room temp)
- 1/2 Cup Butter (room temp)
- 1/2 Cup Almond (or peanut) butter (room temp)
- 1/3 Cup Swerve
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 bag Lily's Chocolate Chips
Put cream cheese, almond butter, and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds (or warm up in double broiler)
In a larger bowl add the remaining ingredients along with the heated cream cheese, butter and almond butter. Mix with hand mixer to get a frosting-like texture.
Form round spoonful pieces of the mixture into bite size portions and place in a container with a lid. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes (to harden up a bit).
