Low Carb Mushroom Burger
When you’re in the mood for a nice burger in your keto diet, this yummy burger keto recipe should give you that mouth-watering flavor for your lunch or dinner meal. It’s made with organic, grass-fed ground beef topped with cheese and sauted mushrooms.
- Organic ground beef
- Cheese slice
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, all purpose seasoning)
- Coconut Aminos (Optional)
Saute the mushrooms in butter and olive oil until cooked. Add some coconut aminos if you want that "soy" flavor with your mushrooms.
The amount for your beef patty depends on how large you want your burger! Mix the seasonings and coconut aminos in the ground beef and shape your burger.
Cook the burger over the stove until you get your desired cooked burger (rare, medium, well done). When you flip the burger, you can add a cheese slice until cheese is melted over burger.
