Low Carb Sugar-free Chicken Teriyaki
For a Keto diet, this teriyaki sauce combines all the flavors we love without sugar, molasses, or any other harmful additive ingredients. It’s a great marinade and cooking sauce for chicken or beef.
- Boneless Chicken breasts
- 4 TB Coconut Aminios
- 2 TB Swerve (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 TB White Wine Vinegar
- 1 TB Balsamic Vinegar (thick pasty kind)
- 2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Avocado Oil
- 1 TB Fish sauce
- 1 TB Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Seseme Seeds OPTIONAL
- Oil (for fry pan)
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl and stir.
Soak chicken into the sauce / marinade for about 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in oiled fry pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Then serve!
