Quick Keto Meal Snack Plate
When you don’t feel like cooking a meal for lunch or dinner, a good Keto snack plate will give you all you need. Make up a snack plate with any of your favorite finger-foods and it will be a filling, complete meal.
The plate pictured above makes up:
- 1 deli roast beef slice with cream cheese spread wrapped around a dill pickle.
- 1 deli roast beef slice with cream cheese spread wrapped around a mozzarella cheese stick.
- 2 mozzarella cheese sticks, broken into smaller pieces.
- Some cut up green peppers
- Some cucumber slices
- A handful of olives
- And a *chocolate chip muffin for dessert!
