In a bowl, beat / whisk egg whites until fluffy. Add pepper and 1/2 of lemon juice measurement (save rest for sprinkling over top of fish later).
In another bowl, add ground sesame seeds and/or ground pork rinds with seasoning.
Coat fish with egg mixture, then coat in crumb mixture. Put in a (greased) baking dish and sprinkle a little more lemon juice on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle more lemon juice over top of fish before serving, if desired.

Can make a lemon-butter-garlic sauce to serve over fish before serving. In a pot, add 2 TB butter with some lemon juice and garlic powder and stir until heated.
