  • 1 Pkg Organic Edamame Spaghetti (or keto friendly pasta)

Marinara Sauce

  • 8 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 TB Tomato Paste
  • Seasoning: Garlic powder, onion powder salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Meatball Mix

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 TB Ketchup (sugar-free)
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Seasoning: Salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder


  1. Prepare the meatball mix (ground beef, ketchup, egg, seasoning) by adding ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use hands to mix is best to get everything blended.

  2. Scoop parts of meatball mix into round balls. Put on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

  3. Prepare the marinara sauce (tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasoning) by adding ingredients together in a medium pot. Put lid over and cook at a simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Prepare the spaghetti noodles per instructions on package. Drain and serve with the sauce and meatballs!
