Spaghetti Squash With Shrimp And Low Carb Alfredo Sauce

Homemade low carb alfredo sauce with shrimp over spaghetti squash is a great one-dish meal for a keto diet.

  • Cooked spaghetti squash
  • Cooked shrimp


  • 2 TB Butter
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesian cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 TB Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Mozzerella cheese
  • 1/4 Tsp each: Seasoning (salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)


  1. Prepare the alfredo sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a small pot. Stir until the sauce thickens. If the sauce becomes too thick, add more cream.

  2. Heat the shrimp by adding it to the sauce mixture.

  3. Heat the (cooked) spaghetti squash.

  4. Pour sauce over the spaghetti squash and serve!
