Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Keto homemade bread
  • Shredded cheese mixture (mozzarella and cheddar)
  • Homemade Keto Mayo
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat pan. Spread outer bread with butter and place in pan. Then spread mayo on top of that. Place cheese on top of bread.

  2. Next, spread other bread with mayo and put on top of the slice in the pan. Spread butter on that outer bread.

  3. Cook until cheese is melted. That's it!
