In a large pan, add butter and cook spinach until slightly wilted.
Add cheeses and heavy cream to the pan with the spinach and cook until cheese lumps are smooth and creamy.
Prepare the salmon in a dish - pour olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, all purpose seasoning, lemon juice over salmon. Mix up to cover the salmon with the oil and seasoning mixture.
Scoop the spinach mixture and place on top of each salmon fillet. Then roll up and place in a baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Pour the lemon, butter, garlic sauce over the dish and serve.
