Chop chocolate into chunks. Melt half (1 bar) and save rest.
Mix butter and Swerve. Then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is fluffy.
Stir in the melted chocolate (after cools a bit), then sift in the flour, cocoa and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Don't over mix (or brownies will be more cake-like in texture)
Fold in the chocolate chunks. Then transfer the batter into a parchment lined square baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes - depending on how fudgey you like your brownies. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
