Ingredients

  • 1 Pkge Chicken, thin cut
  • 1/2 Head Cauliflower
  • 2 TB Butter
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy cream
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Blackened seasoning (for chicken)

CHEESE TOPPING:

  • 2 TB Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan prepare cheese sauce - add butter, cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until blended and smooth.

  2. Add cooked cauliflower into saucepan with cheese sauce and mix together.

  3. Lay out chicken and season with blackened seasoning. Spread out a spoonful of the cauli mac 'n cheese mixture on top of each piece of seasoned chicken. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
  4. Top with the butter and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
