In a medium bowl, add ground beef, ketchup, seasonings, chia, flax and hemp seeds, and cabbage (or any vegetable of choice, if desire). Mix with hands or spoon until well blended.
Cook cauliflower and transfer to a food processor (or blender). Add butter and cream and blend until mashed thoroughly.
In a baking dish, add the meat, then put mashed cauliflower over that. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
