  • Chicken, de-boned, cut up
  • Parmesan cheese


  • 1 Cup Chicken broth
  • 2 TB Coconut Aminos
  • 2 TB Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TB White wine (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 TB Lemon juice
  • 1 TB Fish sauce
  • 2 TB Tomato paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Swerve confectioners
  • pinch Xanthun Gum (to thicken)


  1. Fry cut-up chicken over stove in coconut or avocado oil until cooked, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and stir to mix in with chicken.

  2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil., then simmer for 30 min (stir occasionally). Remove from heat and add xanthun gum (gradually) to thicken the sauce.

  3. Add sauce with the chicken and serve!
