Cauli Hotdogs 'n Cheese

  • 1/2 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 TB Minced garlic
  • 2 Beef franks


  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 TB Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut up cauliflower into small florets. Cook in butter (or ghee) in pan (or steam in a pot) until cooked (about 5 minutes). Cauliflower should be soft, not crunchy

  2. Add all cheese sauce ingredients together in a pot and stir until melted. 

  3. Cut beef franks into slices. Add to cauliflower in pan.

  4. Pour cheese sauce into pan with cauliflower and beef franks and stir until blended.

  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  6. Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes.
