Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie Fat Bombs

  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 Cup Butter (room temp)
  • 1/2 Cup Almond (or peanut) butter (room temp)
  • 1/3 Cup Swerve
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 bag Lily's Chocolate Chips


  1. Put cream cheese, almond butter, and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds (or warm up in double broiler)

  2. In a larger bowl add the remaining ingredients along with the heated cream cheese, butter and almond butter. Mix with hand mixer to get a frosting-like texture.

  3. Form round spoonful pieces of the mixture into bite size portions and place in a container with a lid. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes (to harden up a bit).
