Mozzarella Crackers

  • 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 TB Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg


  1. Heat the mozzarella cheese in microwave (for about 20 seconds) or in double broiler until melted.

  2. In a bowl stir mozzarella cheese with almond flour and egg. May need to mix with hands to get completely mixed together.

  3. Place cheese mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Put another parchment paper on top to roll out the mixture flat and in a rectangular shape.

  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, then remove from oven to cut into cracker-size pieces. Put back in over for another 10 minutes (for a total of 20 min. baking time).
