Garlic Butter Zucchini Fettuccine

  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 TB Butter, melted
  • 1 TB Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • All purpose seasoning


  1. Peel zucchini into large noodle size (fettuccine) slices (until reach middle).

  2. Put butter in fry pan and saute minced onion for about 2 minutes. Then add zucchini noodles (and more butter, if soaked up). Sprinkle in some Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning.

  3. Saute for about 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
