  • Avocado or coconut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the rutabagas and slice them into thin "chip" pieces.

  2. Put in a bowl and add oil and salt. Mix together

  3. Put on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle more salt after taking out of oven.
