  • 2 Rutabagas
  • 4 Green onions, diced
  • 1 TB Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Seasoning: All-purpose, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper


  1. Peel rutabagas, then shred them (in a spiralizer or other device)

  2. In a mixing bowl, add shredded rutabagas, diced green onions, Parmesan cheese, egg, and seasoning - and stir together.

  3. Cook in butter, ghee or oil in a large fry pan until brown on bottom, then flip to brown other side.
