Steam cauliflower, then put in food processor to make it "rice" (small chunks).
Put riced cauliflower in a cloth and squeeze out water from cauliflower.
In a bowl, mix riced cauli, egg white, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasonings.
Line a pizza pan with parchment paper sprayed with coconut oil. Spread cauli mix on that to form the shape of the crust (about 1/4" thick).
Bake in preheated oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Keep oven on to cook pizza with toppings.
In a pot, add all sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Evenly distribute sauce on baked pizza crust. Then add toppings, with final topping of mozzarella cheese. Bake AT 350 for an additional 10 minutes until cheese melted.
