  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond flour
  • 4 TB Protein powder
  • 4 TB Psyllium Husk powder
  • 2 TB Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 TB Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 3 TB Melted butter (for brushing)
  • Cooked chicken, chopped up (TOPPING)
  • Mozzarella cheese (TOPPING)


  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Ketchup (sugar-free)
  • Dijon mustard
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Liquid smoke
  • Lemon juice
  • Stevia


  1. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients until blended. Then add eggs and stir. Add boiling water and mix until dough thickens and starts to form a ball.

  2. Place dough on pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Spray dough with oil (to help spread it out on pan without sticking) and create form of pizza (1/4" thick). Pizza crust rises so make desired thickness.

  3. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 25 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and brush with brush with butter. Broil for 3 minutes, then flip and broil other side.

  5. For BBQ sauce spread, mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

  6. Spread pizza crust with BBQ sauce and favorite toppings. This recipe uses cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese toppings. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
