  • Cooked chicken, in small slices (or beef)
  • Green pepper, cut in slices
  • Red pepper, cut in slices
  • Orange and/or Yellow peppers, cut in slices (optional)
  • Onion, cut in slices
  • Fajita sauce (Simply Organic) - or homemade
  • Tortillas (Sieta Almond Flour Tortillas) - or homemade
  • Avocado, mashed (for topping)
  • Sour cream (for topping)


  1. Slice up the vegetables and chicken.

  2. Saute the vegetables in coconut oil over medium to high heat (in a deep fry pan), then add the cooked chicken and fajita sauce. Lower the stove burner and cook for about 5 minutes in low heat.

  3. Warm up tortillas and serve vegetable and chicken mix over tortillas. Add mashed avocado and sour cream for a topping, if desired.
