Cut up onion and green pepper (dice into small pieces)
Saute ground beef in large skillet until browned. Add garlic, green pepper and onion and cook another 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, coconut aminos, paprika and other seasoning. Stir and cover to simmer for 1 hour. Stir on occasion and add water, if needed.
Optional: Add sour cream before serving (for some fat content)
Serve over zoodles or keto-friendly pasta
Add shredded cheddar or Italian cheese mix before serving for extra fat in this dish!
