Keto Low Carb Beef Goulash


  • 1 lb Ground beef (grass-fed, organic) - Can use Pepper Steak
  • 16 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 3 TB Coconut Aminos
  • 3 Tsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 TB Paprika (add more for more spice)
  • 2 TB Italian seasoning, caraway, marjoram
  • Keto-friendly pasta or zoodles


  1. Cut up onion and green pepper (dice into small pieces) 

  2. Saute ground beef in large skillet until browned. Add garlic, green pepper and onion and cook another 5 minutes.

  3. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, coconut aminos, paprika and other seasoning. Stir and cover to simmer for 1 hour. Stir on occasion and add water, if needed.

  4. Optional: Add sour cream before serving (for some fat content)

  5. Serve over zoodles or keto-friendly pasta

Recipe Notes

Add shredded cheddar or Italian cheese mix before serving for extra fat in this dish!
