Ingredients

  • Chicken, cooked, cut up
  • Celery, finely chopped
  • Homemade Mayo (see post link for recipe)
  • Chopped Lettuce (Romaine or butter lettuce)
  • Black (or green) olives
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Tomatoes, if desired (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked chicken pieces with chopped celery and mayo. Add other ingredients to your liking. It's a salad, so no need for measurements - just add in the quantity of ingredients you want!

Recipe Notes

No need for salad dressing since the homemade mayo brings everything together!
