Pour some olive oil and coconut aminos over chicken, then add chicken seasoning.
In fry pan, add some oil and cook chicken - each side approx 15 minutes until fully cooked. Baste with pan juices every now and then.
In another fry pan, add butter and mushrooms. Cook mushrooms a few minutes, then add rest of the gravy ingredients. Stir frequently (recommend stirring constantly) for 5 minutes.
When chicken is cooked, pour gravy over chicken and serve!
