Keto Low Carb Garlic Bread

This garlic bread has all the satisfaction in taste than non-Keto flour garlic breads. This recipe can be doubled to increase the number of bread pieces this one has since it turned out so very yummy!

- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened (room temp)
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
- 1 TB Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 TB Parmesan cheese

Melt the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in microwave for about 20-30 seconds.

Add egg, almond flour, and seasoning. Mix together.

Put dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (sprayed with oil). Spread out into a large rectangle shape. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes.

While baking, prepare the garlic butter mixture by mixing melted butter and minced garlic together.

Baste the garlic butter over the baked bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Then bake for another 5 minutes to melt cheese.
