Low Carb Cheesy Beef Casserole

When you have some ground beef and want to make up a yummy casserole with it, try this dish! It’s low carb and high in good fats for the Keto diet! This recipe used a leftover ground beef dish mixed with a delicious spaghetti sauce and vegetables (from Spaghetti Squash Beef Bowl recipe).

Ingredients
- Spaghetti meat sauce (see link to recipe in post)
- 1 TB Heavy cream
- 1/8 cup Feta Cheese
- Shredded cheese (any kind)
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Put spaghetti meat and vegetable sauce mixture into a bowl and mix in heavy cream and feta cheese.

Sprinkle shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese on top

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
