Low Carb Rutabaga Hash Browns

You don’t need to miss out on yummy hash browns while on the Keto diet anymore … because this low carb rutabaga is a great replacement for hash browns!
To start, you just peel and shred them like a potato.
Then put them in a bowl with the diced green onions, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning. Add an egg to bind ingredients together.
Put the mixture in a fry pan with butter, ghee, or oil. You can make one large patty or smaller patties.
Flip when browned on the bottom and cook other side.

- 2 Rutabagas
- 4 Green onions, diced
- 1 TB Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
- Seasoning: All-purpose, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Peel rutabagas, then shred them (in a spiralizer or other device)

In a mixing bowl, add shredded rutabagas, diced green onions, Parmesan cheese, egg, and seasoning - and stir together.

Cook in butter, ghee or oil in a large fry pan until brown on bottom, then flip to brown other side.
