Sugar-free Glazed Lemon Cookies

These lemon cookies give quite a punch of tangy lemon flavors, and they are low carb, gluten free, and sugar-free – all ingredients for a Keto-friendly diet.

- 3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Stick Butter (softened)
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Natural sweetener
- 1 TB Lemon extract
- 1 TB Lemon peel, grated
- 1/2 Cup Confectioners Natural Sweetener
- 2 TB Lemon Juice
- 1 TB Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350

Combine the Coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In a separate, larger bowl, mix together softened butter, cream cheese, sweetener, grated lemon peel, and lemon extract. (use electric mixer to blend)

Add the eggs, one at a time. Then the cream. Lastly, add the dry ingredient mix last and mix until everything is blended together.

Put dough in fridge for 30-50 minutes to set the mix.

Scoop cookie dough into small round balls and place on cookie tray lined with parchment paper. Slightly flatten top of cookie balls.

Bake for 15 minutes (until slightly browned on edges). Let cool.

Combine all the ingredients for the glaze and mix with spoon. Then spread glaze over each cookie.
